I was recently asked to produce a review and demonstration video for The Artist magazine’s website Painter Online. They were promoting Christmas gift ideas for artists, so I created a study of a bauble using Caran D’Ache gouache paints. Royal Society of Marine Artists’ Open 2024
I am delighted to have had my painting ‘Take Me Back to the Sea’ accepted for the annual Royal Society of Marine Artists Open. The exhibition takes place at the Mall Galleries, London from 19th -28th September 2024. You can also browse and buy paintings in the online exhibition here.
My solo exhibition at New Court gallery in Repton, Derbyshire opens from 17th January to 13th February 2024. The Private View evening is on 14th February 7-9pm. All paintings on show will be available as a concurrent online exhibition.
Workshops
My plein air painting workshops at the beautiful Martineau Gardens in Birmingham, were a great success this summer so I plan to arrange more workshops there for summer 2025.
