How do I buy a painting?
When you have found a painting that you would like to buy, please click on Add to Cart and follow the instructions. You can make your payment using the usual secure payment methods.
Will the painting be framed?
Paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated. If you would like to discuss framing or would like me to arrange framing, please message me for a quote using the Contact form.
When will my painting be shipped?
I will endeavour to have your painting prepared and shipped between 1-3 days of your order. Your painting will be sent via Parcel Force tracked and require a signature on delivery. Parcle Force will email you with a tracking number for your order so that you can follow its progress and ensure you are at home to receive it.
How will my painting be shipped?
All paintings are carefully wrapped for delivery. It is my aim to use as little single-use plastic as possible and may pack your work in pre-used bubblewrap or recyclable wraps and paper. Small paintings on canvas boards are wrapped in biodegradable cellophane or heavy brown packing paper and bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box padded with scrunched paper. Large canvases and framed works will be protected by bubblewrap and sandwiched between layers of card then boxed and taped securely.
Can I collect the painting in person?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your chosen painting from my studio in Tatenhill, East Staffordshire. Just message me to arrange a time to suit us both. I can occasionally deliver work in person for a small extra charge, please message me with your location to check if this is practical.
How much is postage and packaging?
The cost of UK mainland delivery is currently free on all paintings. If you are outside mainland UK please message me for a delivery quote before purchasing. If you wish to claim a painting before receiving a delivery quote then find you are not happy with the delivery cost, I will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Can I return the painting if I am not happy with it?
Yes, you can. Please email me and return the painting in perfect condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You will need to repackage and pay for the return delivery. However, please be reassured that I have never had a disappointed collector and the overwhelming feedback I receive is that the paintings look better in reality than in the photographs. I am happy to have a video call to show you any painting, or selection of paintings, to provide as much reassurance as possible before you buy.
